Open Letter sent by ATCEUC to the Permanent Representations of the Member States to the EU and to the Members of the Single Sky Committee on the occassion of the Appeal Committee meeting of next days, convened after the SSC failed to deliver an opinion by qualified majority on the Commission Implementing Decision setting revised Union-wide performance targets for the air traffic management network for the third reference period (2020-2024) and repealing Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/903.
